Instagram - Zoe Clarke - Coates

Having experienced the devastating pain of baby loss herself, Zoe Clark- Coates has written books on grief, baby loss and pregnancy after loss. I have found the quotes she posts on her page have really resonated with me and help me express my thoughts.

Instagram - Feathering the Empty Nest

Elle Wright lost her son Teddy 3 days after he was born. Elle was one of the first accounts I followed after losing Clay. I also bought her book 'Ask Me His Name' which I found so relatable, helpful and positive. I would highly recommend the book to anybody, even if you haven't experienced baby loss yourself.
